Return & Refund Policy

Returns
You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with original tags and packaging.
Returns are only accepted for factory defects or wrong items received.
We do not accept returns for wrong size choices or minor variations in color/design (these may occur due to lighting or screen differences).
How to Request a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@goatsjersey.com with:
Your order number
Clear photos of the item and packaging
A short explanation of the issue
Once we review your request, we’ll provide you with instructions on how to return the product.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 30 business days or request a change with other product with the same price.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item or size, please place a new order after receiving your refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at support@goatsjersey.com with photos. We’ll replace or refund it as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
Worn or washed items
Sale or clearance products
Personalized or custom jerseys
