Return & Refund Policy

At GoatsJersey, we want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

 

  • You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

  • To be eligible, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with original tags and packaging.

  • Returns are only accepted for factory defects or wrong items received.

  • We do not accept returns for wrong size choices or minor variations in color/design (these may occur due to lighting or screen differences).

How to Request a Return

         To start a return, please contact us at support@goatsjersey.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

  • A short explanation of the issue

           Once we review your request, we’ll provide you with instructions on how to return the product.

Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email.

  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 30 business days or request a change with other product with the same price.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

            We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item or size, please place a new order after receiving your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

              If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at support@goatsjersey.com with photos. We’ll replace or refund it as                quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

           For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Worn or washed items

  • Sale or clearance products

  • Personalized or custom jerseys
